(P7-RiskDel) Strategic Risks Evaluation

Develop a risk map of the company.
To implement the goal it is necessary to solve the following tasks:
- Conducting a comprehensive SWOT-analysis. The sources of information can be used: The company's official website (internal environment); News about the company and the industry (external environment)
- Identification of key risks of the company (at least 7).
- Analysis of identified risks - identifying causes and consequences (at least 3 causes and 3 consequences for each identified risk).
- Conducting a qualitative assessment of risks (on a three-point scale of materiality and probability)
-  Select response strategies and develop activities for the 3 most significant risk
